With seven years as a professional actor and a further three running a Private Equity office in the City, these two different worlds prepared me surprisingly well for a career in interiors.
This realisation and a life-long love of colour, pattern and delight in sourcing the weird and wonderful lead me to study Interior Design at the respected KLC School in London.
As such my approach to design draws on a happy marriage of the disciplines I learnt from those industries and whilst creative expression is at the heart of my design ethos, my ideas will always be supported with thorough and practical project management.
After graduating from KLC in 2016, I have been freelancing as an Interior Designer in both a residential and commercial capacity and have since returned to the school as a support tutor.
Romilly Turner Design was established in late 2018.
